JACK MAIZEL – Executive Producer
Jack Maziel’s faith and conviction to Judaism and the Zionist philosophy was instilled in him at an early age. Having moved to the United States from Mexico at the age of 8, Jack’s spiritual quest grew through his adolescent years and into his post-graduate adulthood. After finishing his Political Science degree at UCLA, Jack found a position at The Hebrew School in San Diego, CA where he taught cultural-based classes such as Chevra and Jewish Civics Initative (JCI). His association with teaching students about Israel and the culture of their heritage, prompted him to establish the non-profit organization A Culture of Peace and dedicated the organization to promote and cultivate Jewish thought and culture at a grass-roots level – right in our children’s own backyard.
